이 개인정보 처리방침은 ‘누가할래?’ Android 앱이 사용자 데이터를 접근, 처리, 전송, 보관 및 삭제하는 방식을 설명합니다.
앱은 회원가입, 로그인 또는 결제 기능을 제공하지 않으며 개발자가 운영하는 사용자 서버나 데이터베이스를 사용하지 않습니다.
손가락 위치와 추첨 결과는 현재 화면의 기기 메모리에서만 처리되며 개발자 서버 또는 광고 서비스로 전송되지 않습니다.

6. 보관 및 삭제
- 터치 위치와 추첨 결과는 현재 화면의 기기 메모리에서만 일시적으로 처리되며 앱이 백그라운드로 전환되면 초기화됩니다.
- 앱 설정은 Android 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 기기에 보관됩니다.
- Android 백업 또는 기기 이전에 포함된 설정 사본은 사용자의 Google 계정 또는 기기 제조사 서비스의 백업 설정과 보관 정책에 따릅니다.
- 회원 계정이 없으므로 계정 삭제 절차는 필요하지 않습니다.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Android app “누가할래?” accesses, processes, transmits, retains, and deletes user data.
The app does not provide account registration, login, or payment features and does not use a developer-operated user server or database.
Finger positions and draw results are processed only in device memory for the current screen and are not transmitted to a developer-operated server or advertising service.

The app does not directly ask users to provide a name, phone number, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, files, microphone data, or camera data.
2. Purposes of Processing
- Distinguish participants touching the screen at the same time and display a random selection.
- Retain the user's winner count, speed, haptic, and visual effect settings.
- Serve advertising appropriate to the user's region and consent status and measure ad performance.
- Maintain service stability and prevent advertising fraud.
3. App Permissions and Network Access
- Vibration: Provides haptic feedback during touch and drawing. It can be disabled in app settings.
- Internet and network state: Provides Google advertising and advertising privacy controls and checks network connectivity.
- Advertising identifiers: Google Mobile Ads SDK may use the Android advertising ID and related identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
The app does not request runtime permission to access location, camera, microphone, contacts, files, or photos.
4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
The developer does not collect or sell touch positions, draw results, or app settings through its own server. The following services may process data for their respective purposes:

5. Advertising and User Choice
When the user actually changes settings and taps “Done,” the app may show no more than one interstitial ad per app session, and only if an ad is ready. No ad is shown if one is not ready or ad requests are not permitted.
On launch, the app uses Google UMP SDK to update consent information and, where required, show a consent form. In applicable regions, users can review or change their choices through “Ad privacy settings” in the app settings.
Users can reset or delete their advertising ID or change ad personalization settings in Android or Google settings. Ad personalization and available choices may vary by region, Google settings, and applicable law.
6. Retention and Deletion
- Touch positions and draw results are processed temporarily only in device memory for the current screen and are reset when the app enters the background.
- App settings remain on the device until the app's data is cleared in Android settings or the app is uninstalled.
- Copies of settings included in Android backup or device transfer are governed by the backup settings and retention policies of the user's Google account or device manufacturer.
- The app does not create user accounts, so no account deletion process is required.
- Data processed by Google or GitHub is retained and deleted according to each service's policy.
7. Security
Touch positions and draw results are processed only in device memory, while app settings are kept in Android app-specific storage. Advertising-related network data is transmitted in encrypted form through Google Mobile Ads SDK. However, no electronic processing method can guarantee absolute security.
