이 개인정보 처리방침은 SwiftConvert Android 앱에서 사용자 데이터에 접근, 수집, 사용, 공유, 보관 및 삭제하는 방식을 설명합니다.
SwiftConvert는 회원가입, 로그인, 결제 기능을 제공하지 않으며 사용자의 이름, 전화번호, 연락처, 주소, 계정 비밀번호를 직접 요구하지 않습니다.
1. 처리하는 데이터
SwiftConvert는 앱 기능 제공을 위해 아래 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다.

2. 데이터 수집 및 사용 목적
- 선택한 파일을 사용자가 요청한 형식으로 변환합니다.
- 변환 결과 파일을 저장, 표시, 열기, 공유 또는 삭제할 수 있도록 합니다.
- 사용자가 선택한 변환 설정을 다음 실행에도 유지합니다.
- 광고를 표시하고 광고 품질, 빈도, 부정 사용 방지를 관리합니다.
- 앱 버전 확인, 광고 설정 갱신 및 서비스 안정성 개선을 수행합니다.
3. 데이터 공유
SwiftConvert는 사용자가 선택한 원본 파일이나 변환 결과 파일을 개발자 서버로 업로드하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 아래의 경우 데이터가 제3자에게 처리되거나 전달될 수 있습니다.
- Google Mobile Ads SDK: 광고 제공, 광고 성과 측정, 부정 사용 방지를 위해 광고 식별자, 기기 정보, IP 주소, 앱 상호작용 및 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
- Google ML Kit Document Scanner / Google Play services: 사용자가 문서 또는 영수증 스캔 기능을 사용할 때 스캔 기능 제공을 위해 관련 데이터가 처리될 수 있습니다.
- GitHub Pages: 앱 버전 및 광고 설정 파일 제공을 위해 일반적인 네트워크 요청 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.
- 사용자가 선택한 외부 앱: 사용자가 공유, 열기 또는 저장 기능을 선택하면 선택한 파일이 Android 공유 시트 또는 외부 앱으로 전달될 수 있습니다.
- 법적 요구: 관련 법령, 수사기관 또는 법원의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우 필요한 범위에서 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.
각 제3자 서비스의 데이터 처리는 해당 서비스의 개인정보 처리방침과 약관의 적용을 받을 수 있습니다.
4. 파일과 사진의 처리
SwiftConvert의 파일 변환 기능은 기본적으로 사용자의 기기 안에서 실행됩니다. 사용자가 선택한 원본 파일과 변환 결과 파일은 SwiftConvert 개발자가 운영하는 서버로 업로드되지 않습니다.
결과 파일은 앱 내부 저장소, Android 다운로드 폴더 또는 사진 폴더의 SwiftConvert 위치에 저장될 수 있습니다. 사용자가 외부 앱으로 공유하거나 열기를 선택하는 경우 해당 외부 앱의 개인정보 처리 기준이 적용될 수 있습니다.
5. 보관 및 삭제
- SwiftConvert는 회원 계정을 만들지 않으므로 계정 기반 개인정보를 보관하지 않습니다.
- 원본 파일은 개발자 서버에 저장되지 않습니다.
- 변환 결과 파일, 결과 목록 정보, 변환 설정 및 광고 표시 관련 설정은 사용자의 기기에 저장될 수 있으며 사용자가 삭제할 때까지 보관될 수 있습니다.
- 사용자는 앱의 결과 삭제 기능, Android 파일 앱, 갤러리, 다운로드 폴더 또는 Android 설정의 앱 데이터/캐시 삭제 기능을 통해 기기에 저장된 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- Google 광고 식별자는 Android 또는 Google 설정에서 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고 설정을 변경할 수 있습니다.
- 제3자 서비스가 처리하는 데이터의 보관 및 삭제는 해당 제3자 서비스의 정책에 따릅니다.
6. 보안
SwiftConvert는 필요한 범위의 데이터만 처리하고, 원본 파일을 개발자 서버로 전송하지 않는 방식으로 데이터 처리를 최소화합니다. 앱의 원격 설정 및 버전 확인 요청은 HTTPS URL을 통해 수행됩니다.
다만 사용자가 외부 앱으로 파일을 공유하거나 Google 광고 및 스캔 서비스를 이용하는 경우 해당 제3자 서비스의 보안 기준과 개인정보 처리 기준이 적용될 수 있습니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
SwiftConvert는 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 보호자가 관련 문의 또는 삭제 요청을 하는 경우 개인정보 문의처로 연락할 수 있습니다.
8. 국가 간 처리
Google, GitHub Pages 및 사용자가 선택한 외부 앱과 같은 제3자 서비스는 서비스 제공 과정에서 사용자의 국가 밖에서 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 해당 서비스의 개인정보 처리방침과 관련 법령이 적용될 수 있습니다.
9. 변경 고지

SwiftConvert Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the SwiftConvert Android app accesses, collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes user data.
SwiftConvert does not provide account registration, login, or payment features, and does not directly ask users to provide names, phone numbers, contacts, addresses, or account passwords.
1. Data We Process
SwiftConvert may process the following data to provide app features.

2. Purposes of Collection and Use
- To convert selected files into the format requested by the user.
- To save, display, open, share, or delete converted output files.
- To keep conversion settings selected by the user for future sessions.
- To display ads and manage ad quality, frequency, and abuse prevention.
- To check app versions, update ad configuration, and improve service stability.
3. Data Sharing
SwiftConvert does not upload or sell original files or converted output files to a developer-operated server. However, data may be processed by or transferred to third parties in the following cases.
- Google Mobile Ads SDK: May process advertising ID, device information, IP address, app interactions, and diagnostic information for ad delivery, ad measurement, and abuse prevention.
- Google ML Kit Document Scanner / Google Play services: May process related data when the user uses document or receipt scanning features.
- GitHub Pages: May process ordinary network request information to provide app version and ad configuration files.
- External apps selected by the user: If the user chooses share, open, or save actions, selected files may be transferred through the Android share sheet or to the external app chosen by the user.
- Legal requirements: Information may be provided when required by applicable law, court order, or valid government request.
Each third-party service may process data according to its own privacy policy and terms.
4. File and Photo Handling
SwiftConvert's file conversion features generally run on the user's device. Original files selected by the user and converted output files are not uploaded to a server operated by the SwiftConvert developer.
Output files may be saved in app-specific storage, the Android Downloads folder, or the SwiftConvert folder in Photos/Pictures. If the user shares or opens a file with an external app, that external app's privacy practices may apply.
5. Retention and Deletion
- SwiftConvert does not create user accounts and therefore does not retain account-based personal data.
- Original files are not stored on a developer-operated server.
- Converted files, result list information, conversion settings, and ad display related settings may be stored on the user's device until the user deletes them.
- Users can delete device-stored data through the app's result deletion feature, Android Files, Gallery, Downloads, or Android app data/cache settings.
- Users can reset the Google advertising ID or change ad personalization settings in Android or Google settings.
- Retention and deletion of data processed by third-party services are governed by those services' policies.
6. Security
SwiftConvert limits data processing to what is necessary and minimizes data handling by not transmitting original files to a developer-operated server. Remote configuration and version check requests are made through HTTPS URLs.
If the user shares files with external apps or uses Google advertising and scanning services, the security and privacy practices of those third-party services may apply.
7. Children's Privacy
SwiftConvert is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian may contact the privacy contact for related inquiries or deletion requests.
8. International Processing
Third-party services such as Google, GitHub Pages, and external apps selected by the user may process data outside the user's country as part of providing their services. In such cases, those services' privacy policies and applicable laws may apply.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated due to changes in app features, laws, Google Play policies, or third-party services. If material changes are made, the effective date or last updated date on this page will be updated.
